Law which applies accordingly to Article 43 paragraph 2 of the Law.
3. The provisions under the preceding paragraph shall apply accordingly to the Application for Completion Inspection of Construction Work of Air Navigation Radio Aids specified in Article 55-(3) paragraph 1 of the Law under the provisions of Article 42 paragraph 1 which applies accordingly to Article 56 of the Law. In this case, the words "permission for the installation of air navigation radio aids" shall be red as "approval of the construction enforcement plan for air navigation radio aids under the provisions of Article 55-(3) paragraph 1 of the Law".
(Report of Commencement Date for Use)
Article 101. A person who intends to make a report of the commencement date for use of air navigation radio aids in accordance with the provisions of Article 42 paragraph 3 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport a Report of Commencement of Use of Air Navigation Radio Aids, describing the following matters:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Type(s) and location(s) of the air navigation radio aid(s);
(3)Date of commencement of use.
2. The provisions under the preceding paragraph shall apply accordingly to the report on the recommencement date for use of air navigation radio aids which have been altered or suspended under the provisions of Article 42 paragraph 3 of the Law which applies accordingly to the provisions of Article 44 paragraph 5 of the Law which applies accordingly to the provisions of Article 43 paragraph 2 and Article 45 paragraph 2 of the Law.
3. The provisions under the preceding paragraph (1) shall apply to a report on the commencement date for use or report on the recommencement date for use of air navigation radio aids specified in Article 55-(3) paragraph 1 of the Law under the provisions of Article 42 paragraph 3 of the Law, which applies accordingly to the provisions of Article 44 paragraph 5 applied accordingly to Article 56 of the Law or applied accordingly to Article 45 paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(Important Changes)
Article 102. The important changes which are subject to permission for air navigation radio aids under the provisions of Article 43 paragraph of the Law shall be as follows:
(1)Changes in course direction;
(2)Changes in location of the antenna system;
(3)Changes in the structure of the antenna system;
(4)Changes in the type of transmitting or receiving equipment;
